  • In compliance with United Arab Emirates and the law of England and Wales and applicable regulations, we are required to verify the identity of our clients.

  • This may involve requesting personal documents such as passports, Emirates ID, residence visas, driving licences, or utility bills.

  • Our confidentiality obligations are subject to statutory exceptions. Under United Arab Emirates and the law of England and Wales  anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorist financing laws, we may be legally required to disclose information to competent authorities.

  • Where disclosure is required, we may not be able to inform you due to legal restrictions on “tipping‑off.”

  • Where permitted, we will notify you of any potential issues and explain the necessary steps.

6. Limitation of Liability
